Though I have listened to Matt‘s theory many times, this particular comic was based on the reaction he got from sharing his scientific discovery with Lucy.
A couple events I’ll be at:
-June 7th, 7pm the final session of Dr. Sketchy’s (PDX). (I’ll just be drawing, no modeling this time.) Hawthorne Theater, 3862 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR.
-June 13th, I’ll be tabling at the Olympia Comics Festival in Washington state!

Hello Erika, matt and other PDX residents! I am a poor country girl living in Southern VA, and in a couple of months I will be dragging five other people and a dog across the country with me to Portland, OR to live! I was accepted in the Art Institute of Portland a couple of months ago, and found a number of pals who desperately wanted to make the Big Move with me.
Burt right now we are looking for a place to live! We haven’t had much luck- most places are only available June/July and we’ll all be moving down the first week of August. We’d love to be somewhere near Hawthorn, though anywhere not too far from downtown is great. I would GREATLY appreciate any help/input/advice from anyone and everyone if you can lend it! Sorry about the novel-comment.

Yeah, I’m from Montreal, and when it’s winter we bundle up so much it’s hard to tell girls from boys, let alone appreciate the surrounding boobage. Thankfully we get good, hot summers that give us plenty of eye candy to think of in winter! ;)
