Well, it’s pretty big. Put it into a tight place, the tight place will get tighter in certain conditions and contexts.

I think I’ve figured it out. It might be for hooking on to a d-ring or a onna them dog chains the bondage types use. What you do with it after that is still a mystery. What site did you order it from, out of curiosity?
