Oh man, I had an experience like that. Maybe I’m just a bit compulsive, but when it finally popped it was *sooo* relieving. My mistake was then deciding to tell everyone about it. :P

Around twenty years ago I used to get huge zits on my neck and shoulders. It was such fun to pop them that I kinda miss them; is that sick?
